2011 was a blast.
I had ups and downs , good and bad.
I met my awesome boyfriend.
Changed part of my attitude and perception towards things.
Finished my degree in design.
Had my first IPhone 4S and got pampered with my first Coach bag thanks to Bie.
I endured the loneliness and darn traffic jams staying alone for a year in KL due to my studies.
However I lost two friends but this taught me how to be stronger and that we must cherish life and live it to the fullest.
So now begone with 2011 and hope 2012 would be a good year for me, you and everyone.

Mine was the awesome!

Had Christmas Eve BBQ at Bie's friend's place.

Very the lau juak!

Bie was the chef of the day.

Those who came early helped to prepare the pit and also food.

Honestly the food tasted good.

Skinny chef CAN cook!

The ribs were the best :)

Each of us were given Christmas hats too.

Unfortunately my BB died on me again resulting in less pictures.

Too bad.

I got a photoframe though. Nice!

On Christmas day I spent it with Bie and family chilling at Gurney.

Nothing beats family time.

This has been the HAPPIEST pre-Christmas ever!

My boyfriend decided to give me early presents and to open them on the spot!

Coincidentally Christmas was in conjunction with our 10th Monthsary.

This is our first Christmas together btw.

All I ever waited for, was just to be home this Christmas with my loved ones.

But Bie surprised me with a Coach bag that I wanted for so long!

It was all sold out in KL too.

Unexpected and shocked!

Was so happy I actually screamed and cried a little.

I even was too happy to fall asleep that night. Not to mention I was over the moon the whole night till now.

Love it to the max!

The best present I have ever received.. I guess all my life!

Just so happy with it. Too happy. Euphoric.

Bie's dad even got me a Hedgren sling bag.

Very unexpected as well!

Its been a long month since I blogged.

Sorry about that. Have been so stressed up with my major project for the grad show next year.

On a lighter note.

In my previous sem, me and my classmates were supposed to design a corporate identity for Mr. Robert for his new shop Olive in KL Sentral.

And after 3 months of interior and corporate identity designing its finally done!

My boyfriend was so worried about me that he wanted to come down to KL.

My mum is coming down today instead as she and I know he has tonnes of work.

Actually i'm very much fine now since i can blog compared to yesterday where all I could do was wrap myself in comforters and snooze.

Just that the body is aching.

RIP Khoo Beng Khai

I lost a friend and a teammate yesterday.
Speechless and shocking.
I never knew the next thing I blog would be about my teammate's death. I'm sorry Beng Khai I couldn't make it to pay my last respects to you. As how much I want to I can only be in KL to pray for you. I hope you will have a good afterlife. I'll miss the silly jokes you used to say and how you nicknamed me 'Bobai' during training sessions. Its funny how much I hate it last time turned out to be me getting used to it and expecting you to use that nickname on me each time I see you. You used to take my transport and also have dinner together at a thai cafe near Megalanes with Dragon and me before you were in National Youth. I don't think I'll be getting that chance again.

Singapore Part 3, Finally!

Yes I know....like finalleh!

I know, I know its been ages since I blogged.

This is gonna be the last one for my Singapore trip post.

Currently enjoying my arse off in Penang for a wholesome week thanks to Raya/Merdeka or call it 'Meraya' hols.

So happy being able to see my family and boyfriend.

Singapore Part 1

Guess many of you readers are anticipating my Singapore trip post.

It was my 4th monthsary gift from my boyfriend and just thinking about it sends me back smiling.

Thank you soooooooooo much darlz.

ZOMFG I don't know where to start, seriously.

So many photo's so much to say.

Guess I'll summarize my trip...part by part.

Currently enjoying my ass off on my holidays.

So I'm taking my time.

Anyway still I die-die also will post photo's for you people.

Took the morning flight.

Pretty excited!

Touched down SG around noon.

Met up with his dad was there.

Took a cab along with his dad to our hotel-Marina Mandarin.

Awesome hotel and I love ze bathtub!

In fact the MRT was the most convenient transportation mode around and it links you to almost entirely the whole SG city.

It was a theme which means a celebration of his birthday and our 3rd monthsary.

3weeks of full preparation juggling assignments in too.

Designed a series of surprises with packaging ideas and materials.

Lotsa research through the net and sources and finally pulled off an awesome birthday for my baby boy.

Kinda was a surprise dinner but he insisted on driving me there coz he didnt want me to drive back so late after that if I took my Mum's car.

So sweet of him,no?

He had Mango juice and I had Camomile tea.

We ordered Seafood Galore I think...or was it platter.Hmm....

It was awesomely good.

So is the service.Better than Delicious no doubt.

I told the waitress beforehand to surprise him after our dinner.

He was blushing!

Named my character Benjiemaru San after my boyfriend's name and did it in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop.

On a lighter note, we went to Toys 'R' Us and bought ourselves Heinz Chocolate Biscotti biscuits.

It was biscuits for toddlers and babies age 9mths up.

I celebrate Mothers Day EVERY single day & year with my Mum as for me it is an everyday affair.

Coz she's the World's Best Mum!

This year would be different though.

I feel I spent less time with people I love due to my studies here in KL.

I really miss Mum,Bie & Dinky.

As how much I wanna be back home with my family I always prioritise what comes first.

So since I went back last few weeks back I got mum an early gift.

Still I feel bad though not being able to celebrate with her.

Anyway bought her a Givenchy bath towel and she loves it!

But I know its time spent that matters the most to her not the gift.

I'm feeling very bad now but I'll make the most out of it.

She knows I love her very, very much.

My best friend for my whole life who I can tell anything to.

This is such a super late post!

Went back last week for short holiday.

Yea I do get homesick sometimes

I miss mum

I miss my boyfriend

and I miss Penang food!

He brought me to Straits Quay a couple of times and also Leng Yein was in Penang!

First time for me and boyf to meet her, Baby Dinosaur and her husband.

She was so,so nice!

Very friendly, down to earth person!

Before I headed back for KL,he took me to dine at Blue Reef Fish & Chips.

Yes, I got pampered :)

When back on Thursday evening coz' I had class the following day and I had a new laptop to collect on Saturday at Low Yat in replacement of my old Toshiba with a cracked screen.

The liquid in the crack is now spreading though.

It took two hours to get all my software fixed except for my main components which are Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop CS4.

There was a freakin' error in the blardy CD.

So took a short walk over to Times Square and it was SUPER crowded!

Maybe it was a holiday and they were having Showdown 2011.

Collected my laptop in the late evening and headed to Pavilion to get his birthday present.

Been planning a few stuffs.BIG SURPRISE.

So i'm pretty busy nowadays.

Yea, but I'll reveal it after his birthday which is coming next few weeks.

Went in Sephora and man, I love that place!

Its gonna be my new one stop for makeup stuff!

They even have Soap & Glory and Jelly Pong Pong!

Awesome, awesome weekend with my family.

Food, shopping and love.

I wish I have 3 of us everyday.

But I'm in KL.

Mum's in Penang.

Dad's in Chiang Mai.

3 different parts of the world.

Communication is the key :)

So yea...I took 2 days off 'Paul Frank's' assignments and enjoyed my weekend.

Again I didn't take much pics.Just some.

Godbro Julien came down to KL last weekend.

So Darryl and me were his 'tour guides'.

I don't know is it me or what but everyone who comes down to KL sure go gaga over everything!

That includes my parents too!

From cars, food, shopping and of course...chicks!

Went to meet them at Times Square before heading to Pavilion for shopping and din din at Jogoya @ Starhill.

Being his first time at Jogoya, he went really crazy with the food!

It was my second time though.

Duhh....tonnes of food.

If you guys are wondering about the price its approximately RM102 with tax and all.

But its damn worth your money coz its some sort like a super humungous international buffet.

The dessert is deffo's to die for!

This time they kinda ran out of macaroons I guess :(

Me, kor and Darryl really digged in!

Walked out of Jogoya feeling super full and decided to 'yam-cha' at Asia Cafe, Subang Jaya.

Didn't take much pics the entire day, only 3 coz yea...I blardy forgot to bring my LX-3.

So my BB was in charge for the day.

Played with Darryl's Nikon before heading to Asia Cafe.

Dropped godbro back to Berjaya Times Square hotel after that and the jam was horrible!

Got stuck at every corner and by the time I got home it was 4am.

Pretty much I was driving like a wiped-out zombie.

And yes...I slept like a pig after that.

So yea went back to Penang for my sem break last week.

Did nothing but EAT and spend time with my fam.

Duhh...Penang is food paradise :)

Had another awesome weekend before I went back to Penang.

Duhh....sem break.

Though we don;t have any classes together this sem.

More of the class clown, the funny guy who makes everyone laugh.

I just knew of his death yesterday when it was Friday.

I was so outdated.Due to assignments.

I just talked to him outside Block B about his new bike on Thursday before I went back to Penang.

And now....he's gone.

I'm still in a state of shock.

I was supposed to go to see him this morn along with many others.

But I just couldn't bring myself to it.

RIP bro....I'll be missin you.

You were a good friend to me.

I know you're in a better place right now.

Appreciate what we have around us now before its too late.

Another awesome weekend.

Each trip back to Penang all I think of is-FOOD.

Came back for Mum's birthday.

Sorry no pics.We kinda stayed at home and ate homecooked food and we had our girltime.

I went for Thai food with Darls and his friends down at the jetty.

Ali mamak mee goreng.

Hawker food in town.

ETC.

I'm back in the big city again gettin' ready for my last week for this sem.

Presentation and datelines.

Then back to Penang for a whole one week of good pampering again for sem break next week.

It was Monday noon.

Red.Fm was having this 50k Music Takeaway Contest on air.

People were winning cash so easily so I thought I gave it a shot.

I seriously have no idea how many sms I sent to Red.FM.

I was just trying my luck out of boredom.

Sms PLAY to 33988.

So when Terry announce the cue to sms I just practically typed and send as fast as I could.

Few minutes later, I got a call from Terry saying I won my share of the 50k which is RM250!

I blardy screamed like a mad monkey and yea...shit I was on air!

Terry was soooooo excited too!

So yea...partly embarassed myself but who cares!

Called mum and boyf after that and they almost screamed.LOL

So was called for photo shooting and interview at Red.FM's office along with others and yeah I made it to the papers yesterday!

Was in Section 2 I guess...

MAD HAPPY!

Took a day off from hectic assignments and went shopping at Pav on Saturday.

They are having GP Sales till 27th March.

So went in and out of shops aimlessly trying to get my Mum a nice birthday gift.

Dropped by ZARA, it was blardy packed!

Dropped by GUESS, the bags all kinda didn't get me fallin' in love with it.

Dropped by Marc Jacobs, only the shoes were nice.

Dropped by Nike, the Nike Free collection was so-so only.

Dropped by La Senza, instead of gettin Mum something I got myself a black laced bra.Shitz!

Dropped by GUESS Concept, again I got myself my long awaited on my wishlist black wedges.

Luckily it was on SALE :)

Dropped by Longchamp, mostly old stock....GRRR

Dropped by Juicy...got poisoned by its charmbracelets and bags...

So in the end to add to Mum's lipstick collection I bought her Chanel Rouge Allure in Precious 39.

I feel I still owe her another present.Hmmm...

Back to Penang again soon for Mum's birthday.

Belated Valentines Day prezzie.

Just coz I had the worst Valentines Day ever in my life.

They kinda discontinued this particular one-Delicious Night for some reason.

Its all sold out in KL and mine's already finished like ages ago.

So yea..I pretty much got one of the last few of it because of someone's effort.
